From the Great 2023 Vintage this Viognier Was impressive from the first moment the grapes arrived in the winery, perfect Ripness of 23 Brix lovely golden Apricot coloured berries, and unmistakable, thick skins.
The wine fermented beautifully releasing gorgeous aromas from the barrel, We quickly realised this was too good to leave it in barrel too long so we bottled in October. The wine is now ready for you, try it you will love it.
Tasting Notes
Really self-confident Viognier - it's sultry, it's lush, it's rich, it's packed with apricot and peach flavours - yet it's bone dry and flecked with warm toasted hazlenut.

Attractive, ripe viognier with apricot, guava, spice and anise, with a backbone of vibrant, mouth-watering acidity. Full-flavoured wine with exotic flavours. Very accessible now but has good cellaring potential. 05 Feb 2021
