This wine was fermented using the best fruit picked at optimum ripeness, fermented in a mix of new and used barrels. due to our ripe fruit no Malolactic fermentation was involved giving the wine lovely crisp but full tension. Aromas of white florals, mandarin and creamy brulee. Fresh and crisp palate exhibiting nashi pear, caramelized citrus and cashew with a creamy mouthfeel, toasty undertones and a lingering finish.
